昆士兰大学(The University of Queensland)，简称昆大，世界百强名校和顶尖的高等科研学府之一，始建于1910年，是昆士兰州的第一所综合型大学，也是澳大利亚最大最有声望的大学之一，同时还是六所砂岩学府(Sandstone Universities)之一。昆士兰大学The University of Queensland拥有两位诺贝尔奖得主，前澳大利亚总理Kevin Rudd和前国防部长Peter Gration都是昆大校友。"

昆士兰大学共有四处校区，St Lucia，Ipswich，Gatton和Herston。昆士兰大学的主校区设址于昆士兰首府布里斯班市内的St.Lucia区，位于布里斯班河畔，距市中心乘船(CityCat)约20分钟，乘公车(412等等)约20分钟。

Jason Rebertson：
Mr Robertson is a senior career officer with the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade and was most recently Assistant Secretary, East Asia Branch.
He has served overseas in Australian diplomatic missions in Beijing, Islamabad and Belgrade. He has also served with the United Nations Department of Peacekeeping Operations in Sarajevo, Pristina and New York. Mr Robertson holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) from the University of Queensland.

Professor Max Lu has been President and Vice-Chancellor of University of Surrey since April 2016. His responsibility is to lead the University, define its academic direction and strategy, and ensure that it is well managed."
Previously he was Provost and Senior Vice-President at the University of Queensland, Australia. He has been appointed to the Prime Minister’s Council for Science and Technology, the Boards of UK Research and Innovation, the National Physical Laboratory, Universities UK, and he serves on the Leadership Council of the National Centre for Universities and Business. He is a Deputy Lieutenant of Surrey and active in many local arts, charitable and community organisations.
