美国研究生申请，申请如金融，经济，教育，生物统计等专业时，有学校会要求非美或者非北美的教育背景申请者，提供第三方认证机构的成绩单认证报告。

哥伦比亚大学SPS学院明确要求：For International InstitutionsOfficial ICAP course-by-course evaluation by World Education Services, Inc. (WES), a third-party verification agency, for all post-secondary coursework completed outside of the United States is required for your application to be reviewed. 申请阶段分为在读生和毕业生的成绩单材料提交——如果是在读，申请时所有提交的成绩单都是当时最新的版本即可，但是入读时必须是final transcript with degree information。申请时的成绩单材料提交，根据不同学校的要求，可分为两类：1. 将官方成绩单材料上传至网申即可，确认入读时再安排sending official transcript2. 要安排sending official transcript到学校进行审核，同时网申也需要上传针对要求非美学校背景进行成绩单认证的学校，申请时的材料提交依旧可分为两类：1. 将官方成绩单材料上传至网申即可，确认入读时再提交成绩单认证报告2. 申请时就需要完成成绩单认证并安排报告寄送给学校

Q4：成绩单材料的开具要求？

那么，在了解清楚成绩单要求之后，需要怎么找学校开具成绩单材料？我们以国内本科毕业生为例：中文成绩单：正式成绩单，需要有学校成绩单公章；如果是学校机器打印成绩单，有正式电子章也可以英文成绩单：同中文成绩单一样的准备（确保有公章即可）；如果学校全英教学，可直接选择只开具英文成绩单中文学位证：学位证原件即可；但是如果是安排寄送，那么需要打印复印件并盖章，即可提供给申请学校英文学位证：学位证翻译件盖章，即可作为原件中文毕业证：同学位证一样的准备（确保有公章即可）英文毕业证：毕业证翻译件盖章，即可作为原件
