Before you arrive - what to do行前指导
We understand there may be a number of questions facing students and parents so we have created a 9 step checklist which will ensure you are ready to join us in Nottingham.

Packing for your flight - what should you bring? 行李准备

You're almost ready to join us at Nottingham. Before setting out, make sure you have everything you need for a smooth journey.

When you pack for your journey to the UK, think about what you most need or want to have with you. Make sure you don't pack more than you can carry.

You don't need to bring bedding and kitchenware from home as you can easily buy these in Nottingham. If you will stay in campus accommodation, you can purchase a bedding pack through our online store.

Bring some warm and waterproof clothing for your journey to the UK. It's a good idea to check an online weather forecast before you travel to find out what kind of temperatures and weather to expect on arrival.

Don't worry about bringing lots of bulky winter clothing – you can find plenty of affordable warm clothing for sale in the UK.

Travelling to Nottingham - our airport coach and taxi services 机场巴士和出租车服务

请详见如下是学校组织的机场巴士接机服务，受目前限制，位置很有限。需要提前预定：welcome-programme@nottingham.ac.uk 
You will find details below about the University organised airport coach transfer, due to current restrictions, we have to be very strict on numbers so places are limited. 

You must book your place prior to travel. We have also included details of private transfers, which must also be booked in advance. 

Please let us know when you have confirmed your arrival time so that we can ensure your university booked accommodation is ready for you. Email us at welcome-programme@nottingham.ac.uk 

Coach Service 大巴服务
长途大巴现已开放预订，车票35英镑/张，座位有限，可通过点击如下链接预定车票

Our coach transfer service is now available to book via our online store. You can book your seat here. All seats cost a flat fee of £35.00.  Places are limited and subject to availability.

Regrettably, this service is only open to students travelling from outside the UK who are studying at the University for the first time.该服务仅对来自英国以外的第一次来到诺丁汉读书的同学开放

If you are intending to arrive with you family or friends who are not new UoN students, please do get in touch with us at welcome-programme@nottingham.ac.uk and we will do our best to assist you with your onward travel to the university. 

We have coaches available for the following time slots, please note that time slots are British Summer Time 车次信息请详见下方列表：
所有大巴将从希思罗机场T2航站楼到达处驶离，需要提前测算好到达的时间，留出出关及取行李的时间：
All coaches will leave from London Heathrow Terminal 2 Arrivals, when booking a coach, you must ensure you leave yourself enough time to pass through passport control, baggage collection and customs.

 
Health and Safety on the coach transfer 
在大巴上需要佩戴口罩，提供消毒液，车上会遵循社交距离原采用一半载客量，所有大巴会做好消毒。
You will be given a face mask to wear on the coach and there will be hand sanitiser at the entry and exit point. The capacity of the coach is no more than half of the maximum capacity to aid in social distancing. All coaches are always cleaned between journeys to ensure cleanliness.

Private Transfers
学校与DG Cars合作提供私人租车服务（从机场至宿舍），预订电话和邮箱详见如下：
We have teamed up with DG Cars for them to provide a private hire service from airports across the UK to your accommodation, you will need to book this direct with DG Cars on +44 1159 111 444 or by email at imran.khan@dgcars.co.uk. The table below demonstrates the costs of these journeys.

You will need to pre-book and pre-pay for this service, you will be met at the terminal of your arrival by a member of staff with a name board for you.

Health and Safety on the taxi transfer
出租车配有自动消毒装置，99.99%有效杀毒，乘坐期间佩戴口罩
Taxis are cleaned between journeys with an electrostatic spray that kills 99.99% of germs, Passengers will only be able to use the rear seats and the driver will be provided with PPE. We ask you to wear a face covering when travelling within the taxi.
