多伦多大学（University of Toronto）始建于1827年。建校以来，多大在各学科领域中成就卓著，在世界范围内享有盛誉。它既是加拿大高等教育的翘楚，也是世界最著名的研究性大学之一。多伦多大学在学术及研究方面，多伦多大学一直处于领先位置。无论科研经费、捐款、国家教授奖项、研究出版规模或藏书量皆远超加拿大其他学府。它于过去一世纪的主要贡献包括发现干细胞及胰岛素，发明电子起搏器、多点触摸技术、电子显微镜、复制g细胞、飞行员衣，以及发现首个经核证的黑洞。多伦多大学亦为美国大学协会中仅两所非美国学府之一(另一所即是麦吉尔大学)。QS世界大学排名（2013~2014） 世界17，加拿大第1。

 

 

最近总是会接到家长的电话咨询如果对国内大学教育体制不是很满意，如果想转学到多伦多大学有什么要求呢？

 

 

语言要求:

 

托福：total score of 100 + 22 on Writing ；总分100，写作单项不低于22

雅思：The minimum requirement is an overall band of 6.5, with no band below 6.0。总分6.5单项不低于6

 

申请截止时间：1月5日

 

 

大学阶段课程要求University level courses

Students who have completed up to two years of study at a recognized university may be granted a maximum of ten transfer credits.

学生如果在大学完成2年的课程最多可以转10个学分。

Students who have completed more than two years of study at a recognized university cannot transfer into the same field of study and will be considered as equivalent to those who already hold a degree. See Second Degree below.

不接受已经在大学里完成超过2年的转学申请。
